Returns & Exchanges


Here at Vogue & Van the Label our goal is to provide you with the best quality bag you could ask for, we do understand you can change your mind and thats totally fine. If you do need to return or exchange your bag please contact us at info@vogueandvan.com.au within 14 days of recieving your parcel. Refunds & Exchanges must be shipped back to the Vogue & Van team at the buyers cost. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method as long as their is no damage done to the bag related to misuse or manufacture of the item.




How to care for your bag


Vogue & Van Bags were designed to be durable and withstand anything mum life throws at you. Our bags are made from vegan leather and are simply best kept clean with a simple wipe over with a damp cloth to keep on top of general little marks that build up over time.




Shipping


We offer free Australian shipping which will be posted the day after recieving your order and payment. We also offer express postage with rates depending on weight of package. All products are shipped through Australia Post. Please note that once the tracking code has been provided Vogue & Van are no longer liable for lost or delayed shipments, however we will do our absoute best in ensuring your products arrive ontime.
